CROSSPANEL Table
An early construction study for a storage unit, in the form of an end table. Originally inspired by the work of Gerrit Rietveld and some scrap plywood, this piece excels in its simplicity and the visibility of its construction. The elements intersect to create a light and open orthogonal grid, while the plywood provides an interesting contrast between the edge and face of each element.
